Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns

I accept returns for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
  • Unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging (with SKU label).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, lingerie/intimates, jewelry, and swimwear.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or missing original tags/packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return – Contact us at RompRoomHQ@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return – The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  4. Processing Time – Once received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost.
  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once processed.
  • For sizing issues or non-defective items, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
